Get into your kneeling position (on your hands and knees), place a band just above the knees. Ensure the legs are 90 degrees. Keeping them in the 90 degree position, lift one leg laterally, and return to the start position in a quick, controlled movement (do not rush). Repeat on the opposite leg.
